Terms of Service

Agreement: By engaging Paras Finance for any service — whether through this website, telephone, WhatsApp, email, or in person — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Paras Finance provides tax and financial advisory services including but not limited to GST registration, ITR filing, income tax planning, TDS compliance, tax audit, and accounting/bookkeeping services. All services are provided by or under the supervision of qualified Chartered Accountants registered with ICAI.

We are not a bank, NBFC, or investment firm. We do not provide investment advice, securities recommendations, or insurance products. Our scope is limited to tax compliance, financial reporting, and related advisory services.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documents required for the service
  • Inform us promptly of any changes in your financial situation, business structure, or other material facts
  • Review all drafts, returns, and applications before they are submitted on your behalf
  • Make payments as per the agreed fee schedule in a timely manner
  • Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose

Important: Paras Finance relies entirely on the information and documents you provide. We are not responsible for any errors, penalties, or notices arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by you.

3. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are as quoted at the time of engagement and are subject to change without notice for new engagements. Fees are exclusive of applicable GST (currently 18%).

  • Payment is due as per the schedule agreed at the time of engagement (advance, milestone, or on completion)
  • We reserve the right to withhold delivery of completed work until payment is received
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless we are unable to complete the agreed service due to reasons on our part
  • Government fees, challan payments, or statutory charges are payable separately by the client

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times provided are indicative and depend on timely receipt of complete documents from the client and government portal processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Government portal downtime or technical issues (GSTN, IT Department, MCA, etc.)
  • Delayed or incomplete document submission by the client
  • Requests for revisions or additional information
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, regulatory changes, or pandemics

5. Limitation of Liability

Paras Finance's liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage
  • Penalties, interest, or notices arising from information provided incorrectly by the client
  • Changes in law, government policy, or judicial interpretation after the service is completed
  • Losses arising from the client's own business decisions made on the basis of our advisory

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared in the course of the engagement. Paras Finance will not disclose your financial information to any third party except as required by law or with your explicit consent. This obligation survives the termination of our engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, formats, proprietary checklists, and advisory frameworks developed by Paras Finance remain our intellectual property. Tax returns, registration certificates, and documents prepared specifically for you on the basis of your information are your property upon receipt of full payment.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days' written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for fees for work completed up to the date of termination. We will provide you with all completed documents and return your original documents within 10 working days of termination.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For ongoing engagements, we will notify you of material changes via email.
